Accepting check by phone or fax service providers
I have accepted checks by phone, fax, e-mail, and web site. It can be handy when you need it, let me tell you. There are two ways of converting check information to a deposit Abe check. The first way is to have a service bureau process the information and cut you a check, less their fee. One such company is:

They charge $25 to wisest you up, and then $1.25 per check.
The second way is to use software specifically designed for converting the required information into checks you can deposit. There are many different “Fax-Check” software programs out there, ranging fro $14.95 to $299 or more. I listed tow sources below for the “Checker” software:
