Current Job responsibilities include :
1. Overall responsible for timely IT deliverables to Business
2. To align IT strategy with Business Strategy
3. To build IT as a business enabler with high sustainability
4. To plan IT budget (OPEX/CAPEX) & plan budget allocations to various quarters
5. To work constantly in automating new processes & to ensure automation of all existing processes
Required skills
1. Windows Systems, Messaging Platforms, Active Directory, Networking
2. IT Infrastructure, SQL, Call Centre Technology
3. Overall Knowledge on Kenan OM,BP, Service Provisioning, Mediation, Roaming, Rating etc.
English:Fluent
Degree: Masters Degree/Equivalent Experience
Years of experience in job function 9 to 11 years
