It is just a deceptive activity or fraudulent on the part of employee toward an employer. It is process of doing illegal things, in which an employee is not so qualified and he mentioned his qualification and after getting job. If any employee know it or know the capacity or caliber of that particular person. May be cause to take legal action against them. Generally this process starts with bio data or resume. in resume there is no any certification about the employee and if employer got this some wrong statement and discover his fault or fraud . He or she can be dismissed at a time from the job. Job frauds are having many types, which can be done by potential employee or employee. It is a mistake or fraud against employer. Resume fraud refers to act, in which a person provide untrue and fictitious data to their employer. It may be that, the employee is unqualified. It may be occur like criminal law. Providing inaccurate information is violation.
