Call centre is a which place where solve customer’s problems. Call centre is a regional office there is used for receiving and transmitting calls amount of requests by phone lines. Call centre is controlled by a company to administer incoming product care and problem to the customers. Outgoing calls used to consumers and telemarketing. And which is also used for handling letters, faxes and e-mails to one place another place.
There are two type of call centre first is inbound and second one is out bound call centres. Inbound call centre used for receiving calls and outbound call centre used for transferring calls. There is a great future in call centre and students are making future in call centre. Call centre is a never-ending place and it is increasing day by day.
