Career diversity is just making their career in two or more fields. It is called multiple careers. During studying for a career if a person prefers different path for their career. It’s also good because a person can get also knowledge about different careers and it support them in the of searching job. Today’s every company desire to see their employee in multitask. So that a company can growth as well as, it is growth of that particular person. In schools a student gets lots of subject for studying after schooling he or she can choose their way or interesting subject. But in school they have got lots of subject so they would have knowledge of each and every subject, so they can make their career in two different ways. It also support if a person having knowledge of computer as well as football. So he can also earn from job or profession in spite of football.

This concept has been developed by Marci Alboher. And he wrote a book “One Person/Multiple Careers: A New Model for World/Life Success.

For developing the products by engineers process is called engineering design process. To define engineering design ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) is used. It is process for devising a system and also processing to meet component with system device. Mathematics, basic sciences and engineering science are used to convert an object in different manner. Criteria of any objectives, establishment, analysis, construction, synthesis, evolution or tasting are design process for fundamental element. Engineering design process can be categorized in ten methods. And it includes identifying the problem and needing. Analyzing the criteria and narrow the research is also used for identifying the object. Now days engineering design process is taking wild rang of design. A person can build their career in this field, however, it requires lots of determination, it requires lots of conviction, but if a person has really dedication for their goal, then he or she can stand them in better place.

Animation can be created digitally on computer. Computer animation includes several of techniques like 2D animation and 3D animation. Today there is a race is being in the field of animation. It has shown a great career to youngsters and it has great future. Animation used in variety of categories like; animated movies, cartoon, project works and so on…

2D animation

2D bitmap graphics is used on the computer for creating and editing of figures. And 2D vector graphics is used for editing. This includes programmed computerized version for traditional animation techniques like onion skinning, interpolated rotoscoping, tweening and morphing.

3D animation
Digital models can be manipulated with the help of an animator. To manipulate one mesh digital armature is required. And procedure is called rigging. A lot of techniques are applied for mathematical functions like particle and gravity, simulated hir or fur, effects like water or fire. For special effects and for movies animation ,3D animation is used. There are many terms of 3D animation
1. morph target animation
2. cel-shaded animation
3. skeletal animation
4. motion capture
5. crowd simulation

Here the government has plans to adding traditional slash verdict taking a second undergraduate degree from of students. The government says £100m that will be better subsidy spent on students who are taking their first degrees. The Open University has also further its voice to the campaign calling on the government to hang the subsidy change.

The changing of subsidy would not affect the students moving from the undergraduate to a postgraduate degree at the same stage or inferior. The  second qualification at the same level, this is  sight  generally as high a precedence for civic subsidy as support for students who are also inflowing higher education for the first time, or succeeding to higher education.Students are serious to his career and they can also know that changing the subsidy this will not better for the students.

More than one lakh jobs would be provided to rural youth in Andhra Pradesh under Employment Guarantee and Marketing Mission (EGMM) in the current fiscal year, said Mr Chinna Reddy, State Minister for Rural Development. The openings in different sectors had already been identified and efforts were on to train the youth from the families of Self Help Groups in the State. As of now, under EGMM, the government has already trained 45,000 youths and another 53,000 have been identified for training.
