Career diversity is just making their career in two or more fields. It is called multiple careers. During studying for a career if a person prefers different path for their career. It’s also good because a person can get also knowledge about different careers and it support them in the of searching job. Today’s every company desire to see their employee in multitask. So that a company can growth as well as, it is growth of that particular person. In schools a student gets lots of subject for studying after schooling he or she can choose their way or interesting subject. But in school they have got lots of subject so they would have knowledge of each and every subject, so they can make their career in two different ways. It also support if a person having knowledge of computer as well as football. So he can also earn from job or profession in spite of football.

This concept has been developed by Marci Alboher. And he wrote a book “One Person/Multiple Careers: A New Model for World/Life Success.

An educator and counselor, who do work in schools and having lots of knowledge about one’s career, can be a good school counselor. It is called “education counselor” and the counselor who give guide lines to students called “guidance counselor”. Today’s every school which have their own reputation, those always prefer “Professional school counselor”.
Most of the school of U.S. having their own counselor,whose occupation, is counsels to student. A counselor has their own duties and services. Mostly counselor compare with U.S. high school counselor. Today’s counselors are emphasized with student, according to their caliber. Many countries provided school counseling services.

When the time it was declared the B-school results over 2 lakh students getting the exams of CAT. The students were nervous when the result was declared over 2 lakhs students gives this exam one of the important B-schools, the net played a spoilsport in the morning students was tenterhooks right fiction of their own as they checked the results bated breath. Students were checked the results in net and also they were nervous about her results some students can kept their eyes glued to the computer screen many of the students can found their results on the mobiles. This career exam is for those  students who can success in MBA.

The number of the students who’s taking the exams rising each year extremely not making it to IIMs is not being seen as the end of the road. In 2007 the numbers of the CAT takers has increasing to 2 lakh as against 1.5 lakh in last year. In this examination those students who get the maximum marks of CAT examination they can get the admission of B-school like IIM and many others best B-schools.

Today it’s a time of Information Technology. Now days IT professional are more demand in all over since it’s a time of IT professionals in future. Now days most of the students can do IT they know that in future there are more demand of IT. The job keeps as companies demand is not just in technical knowledge but most of the companies has the inside knowledge, logical skills, and industry knowledge as well. In future there is more chances of development in IT. To success in IT it is must essential that you can you can completely prepare for the Technology.

In IT it is more essential that you can use your logic to guide in business most of the company can using data analytical to run their business In every thing IT has always responsible for developing new things and organization. This is the generation of Information Technology.
